 in 9am to 4pm time frame,

 what happens to 

NightLife in Lagos. 

Too bad. As i speak the 

National Art Theater

 is at the mercy

of beer parlour dealers

 and their customer

The National theater 

need proper programming

 that will favor Independent Art 

practitioners and Art lovers 

which on a long run create audience 

development and the right consumer

 of the Art. What happened to 

the cinema Hall, exhibition hall,

 mainbowl etc.
